I still would likely recommend Spring because of the SART outcomes data but I did feel underwhelmed with the level of attentiveness and communication I received. As patients we often don�t know the questions to be asking and I wish I had been more prepped for the potential outcome and worry that more could�ve been done to improve it. I loved my provider but wonder if the overall process of not getting much 1:1 time with the provider allows things to slip through the cracks. There were also a few times where our coordinator said an appointment was booked but then a few days later it would turn out that it wasn�t booked so that meant we had to reschedule and sometimes meant we were finding out about new bills only hours before an appointment because finances aren�t triggered until the appointment is booked.

The app plus portal notifications and emails are quite overwhelming. Finding the right info in the right place became a lot.

I was disappointed that I wasn�t given the options and full information for my implantation. I wasn�t aware that I had a choice between natural or progesterone supported. The care team said I didn�t need progesterone but if I had the option I would�ve opted for throwing everything at it since it took us 3 cycles to have this one embryo. It was really disappointing. This round of egg retrieval was our last shot but no eggs were retrieved because I had already ovulated. This outcome as also very disappointing. This may have been out of the care team�s control but nevertheless it sucked since it was an extended round and the injections became painful after 2+ weeks.

Highly recommend spring fertility, the whole process was so easy and I couldn�t be happier I worked with Dr. Tran !

Finance department needs better training. This was by far the worse experience at Spring. The staff seemed not very well trained, cost were not correct, and overall the feel between the intersection felt too much of a money making business and did not put patience�s feelings in mind.

Spring Fertility was great! They provided a seamless experience

I love Maggie ( patient coordinator) and Sharon (nurse)! They are the BEST!!!! We are traveling from out of state and sometime it's hard communicating with the time difference BUT they are always on top of things and answers ALL of my concerns. They have exceptional customer service and very caring.
