I love Maggie ( patient coordinator) and Sharon (nurse)! They are the BEST!!!! We are traveling from out of state and sometime it's hard communicating with the time difference BUT they are always on top of things and answers ALL of my concerns. They have exceptional customer service and very caring.

Can�t speak highly enough about Dr. Pasternak and her care team!

Significantly more expensive than other places

Dr Pasternak's team is amazing and this was my second time around and had just as great of an experience. The only issues this time around was on medications and having issues with getting it delivered in time and the right amount. This go around the amount was very off and it caused me to have to pay an additional almost $500 when I didn't need to. One other difference this time was Dr Pasternak did not do my procedure which I wish I would have been informed of this earlier on. My second procedure was more complicated which caused me to have a different post-op recovery. Dr Kim told me it was trickier but never informed me that I would likely have a lot more bleeding the day of the procedure so when I got home to a lot of blood this was scary. The nurse had to call me back to double check with Dr Kim on if this is normal and she said she wasn't surprised to hear this. Would just say preparing people a little more ahead of time on complications and what to expect would have been appreciated.
