I did not know until the last minute if I am going to do fresh transfer or embryo freezing. I would love to hear more details from my primary doctor

The nurses on the day of retrieval were fantastic

So overall I did think Spring was great. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and knowledgeable, and I especially love how punctual you were! However I did have some specific points of feedback: * I wasnt sure how to utilize my patient navigator. I feel like I talked to her once at the beginning and that was it. It would have been nice to have at least one touchpoint with her throughout the experience, or at least for her to explain her role more concretely. * I thought Spring was great at telling me the immediate next steps at each point but not great at telling me the whole story at the beginning. For example, when I started the injections I was told I was not able to exercise while doing them, which led me to believe that I would be able to exercise pretty close to immediately after my extraction. I was surprised to learn that I needed to hold off from exercise for 10 days after the extraction. Additionally, I was told I would feel some cramping in the days after my extraction. However, I experienced average cramping on the 1st-3rd days after, but on the 4th and 5th day it became extremely painful. When I called the nurse, she told me that that was a common experience when you dont get your period during the injection process. However, I was only told that when I called in. Since my medical team knew that I didnt get my period and it seems like (per the nurse I spoke to) this was common for someone in my situation, I was surprised that no one had mentioned it to me that would have gone a long way in easing my anxiety and scheduling my life post retrieval. I think you should be clearer when telling people when they need to order more meds or ask about ordering new medication (like to tell a nurse if you only have x days left of medication or x units). I know the dosage changes throughout the process, but I was always wondering at what point I needed to tell you that I was running low. I was able to learn some tricks (like using an icepack on your injection site for a few minutes before) from friends of mine who have done egg freezing before. Im surprised that you guys dont tell people things like that because you hold all this knowledge! I think giving people practical tips to make their lives easier during the egg freezing process would go a long way.

Literally couldnt have asked for a better experience. Everyone was amazing

I cant think of any big complaints and would struggle to even think of small ones. It was a great experience. I would like to suggest you also do a survey monkey or poll to track every patients side effects and then make that available for new patients

The overall experience was great but I was a bit put off by how many times I was called to complete my paperwork before my first appointment. I put it on my calendar to complete a few days before the appt. but received three phone calls reminded me to complete. I understand its well intentioned and meant to be helpful, it just felt unnecessary.

Thank you for taking such good care of me yesterday. I felt very safe & calm and all the nursing staff and my doctor Pasternak were lovely. Thank you
