I loved my experience my team answers all my questions in a very timely manner. Dr. Tran was great for my second surrogacy transfer with Spring. They make the whole process very clear and they are so kind and helpful to my and my intended parents.

I was surprised by my retrieval outcome (lower recruitment than expected) and would�ve appreciated more of a heads up of this possibility with more proactiveness in addressing during medication/protocol. Patient Navigator also seemed a bit dismissive after my outcome was shared when asking if there was anything additional we could the next round to optimize for stronger results.

One of the phlebotomists seemed much less experienced than the others. While she didn�t miss my vein, there was more pain and bruising the two times she took my blood.

Explanation of when to order the medication (timeline) can be improved, using the delivery system was convenient however not knowing when I needed to order the meds specifically was a little difficult to plan as I needed to be home to sign for them. Knowing earlier which medications to order would help with for planning

My experience at spring has been excellent!

I was very impressed with Dr. Tran. I�ve been receiving fertility treatments for a year at a different practice, and speaking with Dr. Tran was like a breath of fresh air. He was kind, informative, and straight-forward. My husband and I learned more about our fertility status and options in 15 minutes than we had in the past year.
