I had called 3 months prior to my consultation sharing that I wanted to do embryo freezing as an insurance plan since my company has coverage. I asked if I should be going off an oral contraceptive at that time and the person I spoke with said 99% of patients don�t have to go off birth control for this process. When I had my consult, I was told I had to go off for 2 months. I wish I would have known this because now our process is delayed for 2-3 months when I could have gone off back in October. Also, the clarity around my partner�s out of pocket cost and how his insurance/portion works would have been helpful to know, as we thought his testing/involvement was covered under my Progyny plan.

Medical staff is great, despite disappointing outcome. Poor experience with the financial navigator each time.
