Dr. Pasternak's initial consult was very helpful to decide. She was data driven, detailed, scientifically well informed and empathetic.

On the retrieval day, I was very uncomfortable that non-patient visitors (accompanying other patients) were in the shared pre-operation and recovery area. There was basically no privacy for patients which was very concerning to me.

Wish doctor would take a bit more time to explain what shes seeing on ultra sound or what my follow up reports meN, felt like she was rushing at all time and I was a bit of a number

This was a huge important thing for me and it was handled with such care. Very grateful!

Overall Ive had a great experience at Spring. We have a couple of bills with LabCorp that we have been trying to sort out for months with the finance team but outside that it has been a seamless experience.

Ideally less bloodwork or smaller amount of blood each time, drawing blood is difficult for me personally

The waiting room was too small and felt like I was sitting on top of other clients; making it awkward to have once in a lifetime and serious conversations/decision discussions with my partner. The receptionist also yelled my name and proceeded to talk in an elevated voice across the waiting room, which felt really embarrassing and not HIPAA compliant. I recommend giving clients time to digest/think/talk thru each step of the process, offering clients a private room to wait and talk, to bring ease to a very stressful, overwhelming, and emotional appointment. I suggest offering things like tea to help out clients at ease.

Side effects - bloating and pain - were more difficult than I anticipated
