Side effects - bloating and pain - were more difficult than I anticipated

Dr. Tran was wonderful and so knowledgeable even when it came to our specific form of firefighter insurance and coverage. He was super honest and had clearly read through our intake forms prior to our appt which felt really good considering how busy his schedule is. He also has the highest integrity and gave us the best way to proceed without paying out of pocket unnecessarily. If our iui treatment through our insurance isn�t successful we will be back for ivf with dr. Tran 1000%.

I walked away feeling terrible and upset that I had waited 3 weeks and spent $500 on a 10 minute consultation where the doctor suggested only donor eggs with no creative solutions, didn�t offer to work together, and told me what I had done up to that point was wrong

In general I feel that spring is very responsive via email. However I have found that trying to get a nurse on the phone before I am actually in the transfer cycle was very difficult and I had a number of questions that were not easy to ask or answer via email. Once I was in the transfer cycle I found the nurses very responsive but when there are so many decisions to make ahead of time it would be helpful to have nurses more available earlier on in the process. Also while I find Dr. Tran to be a very good clinician, it would be great if he was more friendly and took more time to connect to patients on a human level.
