The experience is extremely well organized and efficient. One area of improvement could be to check in how the patient is doing. The process is extremely taxing and scary, and it would go a long way if someone asks how it�s going or how you�re feeling/managing everything. Also, I�ve done two cycles and the anesthesiologist the second time did a superb job. I was able to recover much more quickly.

This experience in 2022 has gone very well. I had a NP back in the fall of 2019 who messed up when and where to get my meds on the day of the trigger and she ended up leave in spring shortly after. She also kept sharing with me confidential documents that weee meant for a different Emily. Luckily this time leading up to FET IS different!

Amazing experience overall! Just had this happen twice where I made full payment of all dues online however days later at my in person visits I was asked to make payments. There is an issue in finance teams communication with front desk or updating the accounts. This happened twice.

I really appreciate the nursing team, they were very friendly and helpful whenever i had questions. There are some things that would make it better for me. More clarity on the drugs I can take and maybe some choice on the gonal f pen size, I think the pharmacy could have given me a bigger gonalF pen but I didn�t know at the beginning so I didn�t ask for it. Also more clarity on the process, at the beginning I didn�t know who would be ordering the drugs and that I could have the prescription already but order the same day myself. I also didn�t realize most of the side effects come at the end, after the egg retrieval. Another tiny detail is the iv like line I got had some air bubbles, I realize the small ones are not a problem but it scared me a bit and it�s easy to purge them. Overall I had a really good experience and it�s really nice that I can still contact you if I have any questions.
