I was extremely dissatisfied with the surgery scheduling. The doctor told me that I had to do the trigger shot that day but then a nurse called me later to tell me that they decided to delay one day. And the next day the number of my egg follicles decreased because some are too big at that point. I asked the nurse if I can do the trigger shot and she said she was not sure because there are many patients waiting for surgery so I might have to wait one more day. I didn�t end up waiting for another day but I was stressed by the fact that the clinic was handing more patients than they could do I had to delay my surgery one day. I had 19 follicles as baseline but only got 9 eggs because the surgery was delayed. I spent lots of money and time on this, and felt mistreated. I emailed this but no one responded. It�s extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this service to friends.

Overall I had a wonderful experience with all the staff. The only complaint will be the all the documents. It was too much information and overwhelming.

Post transfer, it would be great to have a space to rest for 15m vs going home right away. In the past Spring has allowed for post-transfer acupuncture onsite and that was a wonderful benefit.

My husband and I always felt very comfortable with whoever we were seeing on any particular day. We really appreciate the work, communication , care and excitement from our care team and other providers as well
