The front desk receptionists are welcoming, friendly and offered a shoulder to cry on when I received less than desirable news. Again - only hiccup is the financial department who never responded when I had questions about insurance. Still anxious about the cost of this whole process.

What was challenging was that every single time I called into the office, I couldn't reach my care team. I also could never reach the front desk. I understand the dependence on email communication during business hours, and thankfully I had no side effects, but I didn't feel all that comfortable with the fact that I couldn't really reach someone via phone. I understand there may have been a physician on call for emergencies, but anything else had to wait. I selected "no" in terms of communication via phone because I could never reach them, but the team was great for scheduled calls and communicating via email.

Just not very happy with the end result, 4 out of 25 initial eggs. Though, overall the experience is smooth and informative.

I felt so safe in the hands of the Spring staff. The nurses especially were incredible. The confidence the nurses and doctor exuded helped calm any anxiety I had about the process. I am so happy with our choice in choosing Spring!

I can�t say begin to describe how grateful I am for Spring and my team. After enduring two failed cycles at another clinic with no support, Spring was everything I was looking for and more. I had such wonderful support from my team the whole process, and then the icing on the cake was our crazy good results!!!
