Spring is wonderful!

- Catherine was so patient and great to work with - she continuously answered tons of my questions! - I�ve already recommended Spring, and Dr. Kim to my friends. I also had 2 appointments with Dr. Pasternak and would recommend her as well! I appreciated Dr. Kim & Dr. Pasternak�s knowledge and expertise, as well as their efficiency. It was helpful to always be seen on time, so I could head back to work on time. - An opportunity for improvement for Spring would be to put a more robots calendar + checklist together for patients where all steps & tasks were in one place. I would receive one task at a time every few days and never knew what was next- it was extremely frustrating to keep finding out about new things I needed to do- I would have loved a comprehensive checklist built into a calendar (even if there dates on the calendar we�re not firm dates). - Final message in portal didn�t say what to do with Novarel, I�d recommend including instructions for this moving forward.

I really appreciated how warm and comforting the staff and environment were. The one very small suggestion would be to make the changing room slightly more comfortable. I was a bit dizzy with the Valium, and it was hard to keep my balance while I changed without an area to sit and whatnot.

Dr. Pasternak has truly been amazing.
