Felt that first time around, instructions to my partner were much clearer. With us doing a 2nd round it seems like Spring assumed we knew what to do and no reminders were sent about when to start abstaining for example. Very minor but would have been helpful.

I feel that egg retrieval was too early especially when compared to the previous cycle. I feel that I lost out on extra eggs due to premature retrieval. It should have been 1-2 days later based on all the values.

(1) I think Spring should've done a lot more to set expectations about how bad my OHSS and recovery would be, given my sky-high hormone levels and having ~1.4x more eggs retrieved than the ultrasounds expected. I was completely taken by surprise, which made the experience much worse. (2) On my penultimate visit I was mistaken for another Asian patient by the nurse.
