Loved my experience at spring! The only hiccup was around financial stuff. It�s difficult to wait for receipts until after a service is provided when you have already paid. Also McCrae was amazing but the person handling the embryo storage fee was very unresponsive and difficult to get ahold of.

Alto seems like a good service overall but there are some kinks to work out, eg, there�s an unnecessary amount of back and forth messages required before you actually confirm an order, and in my case, that led to one delayed shipment because I was busy with work and couldn�t check my phone all the time.

Not happy with finance department, particularly McCray Medina. She was pushy and demanding. While I still disagree with the finance team charging me extra, I paid the amount. Yet, Mccrae was still sending me emails right up to my transfer day which was stressful. I stopped checking them so I could go into the procedure feeling as positive as possible

I think for cash paying patients, cost should given in an ample amount of time for patients, especially if it it is over their budget or original quote.
