I think the only thing that could be slightly improved is figuring out the right pharmacy for specialty meds. It only happened once, but for that one med I had to do a bunch of leg work. And, the pharmacy the order was initially sent to just keeps hounding me with messages, even though I�m not a customer

Transition from care navigator to nurse during her vacation was difficult and concerning, but understand it can�t be prevented.

Could not have had a better experience. Dr. Pasternak is the absolute best. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Her whole team is also fabulous and friendly. I feel super fortunate to be able to work with them.

Some more information about side effects of the injections during the stim would be helpful. Very informative about the retrieval and after side effects but not so much about what to expect during the stim. What�s expected/normal / vs not normal.

I had a tremendous experience at Spring. Everyone was so warm and friendly, they really made me feel welcome and at ease. I felt very supported with lots of clear communication and follow up. All my office visits were very efficient. I would without hesitation recommend Spring!
