It was harder to get a responses during the day, the team seems to only reach out early AM or early evening. in the timeframe needed several times when I reached out to my care team as well as the financial team. I had to follow up many times with the Financial coordinator and found his communication skills to be extremely poor. He also never responds to emails.

For the amount of money inHbe spent, I barely get any time with the doctor and very little information and direction. Feel like I�m leading my own care instead of the experts.
