Spring provided excellent medical care. There were some issues with communication between front desk staff, RN, and my care team which caused me to unexpectedly call out for one day of work and cancel my own patients (I am also a medical provider). Separately, I was instructed by the RN I spoke with over the phone to come in to the clinic to pick up a replacement morning medication however when I arrived there was no RN available to access this medication which caused a delay in my administration time by over an hour. The medical care was excellent; I think there could be improvement in communication. Regardless, I would feel comfortable referring my friends and own patients here based on my care experience.

Overall the experience has been ok but haven�t gotten the results I wanted. The communication post retrieval could be better - more proactive attention from my doctor. Spring is a well oiled machine but sometimes it can feel very transactional going in there. I have difficult veins and have had a couple instances where my blood draws were very unpleasant and had to go through multiple nurses to find my veins/draw blood.

There wasn�t a lot of communication during the transfer itself. There were 4 employees in the room and no one explained or described what was happening. It would have been nice to be talked thru what was happening.

Dr. Tran bring a new doctor as his helper, and I was little bit confused about she performed the transfer. Also it would be nice if they can talk to us about the process while they performed the transfer.

The staff at Spring are always lovely to work with. My disappointment in this cycle has been related to my interactions with Dr Pasternak. I changed to her care, from Dr Tran, because I wanted a more personal and female touch but unfortunately I've barely met her during the last cycle, with the exception of my last ultrasound and my retrieval. It's not the care I'd hoped for but I hope things can improve in my next cycle

Erica ( medical assistant, Team Tran) is warm, welcoming, thoughtful and supremely confident! Also, I appreciate Ursula so much, she�s been very supportive and efficient. And I was glad to see Dr Tran again for the transfer. He�s great!
