Dr. Pasternak and her team are absolutely amazing! I love you and everyone that have taken care of me! Thank you for your comforting words (and magic baby dust ??). I was a bit zen from the Valium, but I was still paying attention.

Overall I have complete trust in my MD Dr. Tran. I was disappointed by the lack of involvement by the nurse involved. As an MD myself I understand most things related to medicine but even then I was surprised at the lack of enthusiasm interest and time she had explain things to me.

Grateful for the support of the extremely knowledgeable and compassionate staff at Spring as we go through our fertility journey.

The nurses were great, but I wish I could have been told ahead of time that the only egg from our current retrieval cycle didn�t continue to develop. It was very upsetting to find out minutes before the transfer. I was not able to enjoy or be in the moment because I was so disappointed. If I had been told earlier in the day I could have had time to process it on my own.

I�m the number one advocate of Spring and have referred dozens of friends and colleagues. Every transfer has felt special, hopeful, and personalized and that makes a huge difference. Dr Tran was awesome this time with his taco hat, great spirit, experience, and commentary on how good things were looking.

Overall positive experience with Spring but a bit of a nightmare at times between Spring vs Progyny vs Alto. I never knew who the decision maker was and it often resulted in hours on the phone. Additionally, one minor point at Spring - I really disliked when asked to schedule my next monitoring appointment when I was lying down half naked on the table. I imagine many patients at Spring are similar and need to consult their calendars for availability. I was constantly needing to ask them to let me dress and grab my phone before scheduling and would've appreciated that small break to feel more like a person with all my clothes on before we started to talk schedules.
