The one thing I would have liked is directions for parking. We were a little late on the day of retrieval because it was unclear there is no access to the garage on weekends.

The team at Spring is incredibly warm, responsive, and supportive. It was nice in the past when the Dr would stop by pre-op to check in - which was the case for my earlier retrievals but not the past two.

I had a great experience overall with Spring. I felt well informed throughout the process, and felt like I could ask lots of questions throughout.

The overall sense I got was that the clinic was busy and the doctors were busy and had to go in and out of appointments quickly. Nurses were really nice. Bloodwork was okay depending on who happened to do it. Overall I think that the doctors are top notch but the warmth could be improved upon as this process is quite emotional and nerve wrecking and often times I felt bad asking questions since I know the doctors are quite busy and felt like after the ultrasound they were ready to leave the room.

Terrible and chaotic communication from nurse team. None of my requests for a phone call were honored. I NEVER RECEIVED my day 6 embryo report. Nothing by phone, email or portal. I had to call to inquire. It wasn�t even on my nurse coordinator�s radar. No apology or owning that this was a HUGE OVERSIGHT on the nursing teams end.
