Communication was great.

I did an egg retrieval 6 years ago and the care I got this round during the procedure was so much better. Just the general process, the clear and kind communication, and the follow up. It was all more organized, compassionate, and thorough than my last procedure. I was so happy and felt taken care of. Thank you!

Had a bad outcome. Froze less than 50% of follicles at baseline - which was extremely disappointing. Will be discussing this with physician later today.
