I got a text about a cancellation policy document that wasn�t actually a thing. It was only concerning because the text said if I didn�t sign it my appointment would be canceled. And the lgbt questionnaire could�ve been more curtailed to lgbt but wasn�t a huge deal.

Your onboarding process could use a lot of improvements�the online paperwork takes such a long time and could be greatly improved. I was asked to pay my consultation fee twice after I already paid it. And I never received the email telling me which appointments were available, but I received an email telling me that failed to respond so they appointments holds were removed.

Didn't get any opportunity to meet Dr. Tran personally during this entire FET cycle. Primary Physician should at least meet patient personally to answer any doubts/questions. Dr. Pasternak was very good, she made sure I felt relaxed and answered all my questions on the day of transfer.
