The financial navigator take long time to reach out. No one explained to us why we need to use embryo package instead of IVF package, when we want the answer, it took almost two weeks. My nurse is good, but on her day off, no one take over her case, I have to keep calling asked for help. After my retrieval, no one tell me what's the next step. When I called to ask, they booked a phone appointment which is one month away. I felt that Dr. Tran is over booked if he can't have a 10mins phone call conversation with his current patient.

My experience with Spring was great. Even though Dr. Pasternak was unavailable on the day of my retrieval, I felt well cared for by Dr. Kim.
