I wish docs sent me to the ER instead of home came in day after my operation when I was fainting. I didn't feel listened to or cared well for that day.

Overall I am happy with my experience and found everyone at print to be nice and helpful. That said I do have some feedback which could help create a better experience. The initial instructions from my patient navigator were a bit confusing. It was a huge email with different colors and fonts and hard to visually read. Sometimes information was on the portal and sometimes in an email and when you�re learning something so complex and new, having the information shared this way added extra stress. On the day of my retrieval my friend who was driving me home was given information about my retrieval which was not later relayed to me and left me confused. I hope to clarify this when I meet with Dr. pasternack for my follow up. One Sunday I had a later morning monitoring appointment and then was told by Alto I missed the deadline for same day ordering, which was actually incorrect information, but it led to me and my nurse trying to fill emergency prescriptions at Walgreens and my driving all over town and stressing when I was on day 11 or so of stimulation which was terrible. The issue was resolved when I called customer service again and they said the sf pickup spot was actually open for fertility patients later. Lastly, I needed a receipt for this procedure which covered the entire time I have been under Dr pasternack�s care (aug 2021-March 2022) and my finance contact would not provide me with this, which affected my ability to be reimbursed by my company�s fertility program fully.

I�ll be sharing my experience with everyone I know. I�ve felt very cared for at spring. While I�m not sure what my next steps will be (another round or transfer), I feel confident in the team to provide me with the best care. Dr Pasternak was wonderful to work with. The nurses and medical assistants were so kind. My only real neg experience was that I often had to be poked multiple times to draw my blood. I think one time we tried 7 times. This is more an issue with my small deep veins. Everyone who helped me was so nice.

We love spring!

This was my first time going through an IVF procedure as a surrogate and it has been nothing but exceptional. I�ve always felt welcomed and cared for in regards to any of my needs.

I have had an absolute joy working with the Spring team. I don't fault for the variables of my body and have appreciated all the learning along the way. Hopeful I get a few more embryos and am able to successfully implant!
