Everyone at Spring has been great. Lots of information to feel informed. I just ovulated early and lost most my eggs which was devastating

I thought Dr Zore and her team were amazing! Would definitely recommend. I found the financial summary less clear and needed a phone conversation, which was harder to schedule / get a clear response than the medical care portion itself, but I did get more clarity eventually. Overall, a very positive experience.

There was a mishap on my trigger day where the team forgot to administer the antagonist meds that morning when I came in. I asked during the followup call if I needed to take it and the nurse said no. She then called back an hour later and told me to take it asap as it could interfere with the trigger I was talking that night. It left me feeling unsettled. The only reason they knew to call me back to tell me to take that injection was because I asked otherwise no one would have remembered to say anything to me. It didnt sit well with me since I had been doing everything as prescribed and hired a concierge service to ensure timely and accurate injections. Was not a great way to end the cycle.

Thank you for the flowers! I appreciate that Dr.Tran and his team during the retrieval and transfer have a good repoire. It made me feel at ease with them joking around with each other and it showed trust. Ive been to other hospitals where the doctor didnt trust the nurse and it wasnt a good experience. Thanks for the flowers and chocolate.

Medication ordering experience was confusing. Oftentimes it was unclear if the decision maker was my insurersm (Progyny), my pharmacy (Alto) or Spring. The PDF from Spring provided helpful tips but then my insurer didn't allow me to do so and I was surprised, given how popular Progyny is at the office. The prescribed doses by Spring didn't match what was in my Alto portal. I ran out of one drug without even realizing and while that's ultimately on me, it might've been nice to get some reminders from Spring to check that I had x amount left. I got injection instruction videos from Alto and Spring and nurse injection support from Progyny which is great but honestly somewhat confusing when the techniques were slightly different or for different medications. Perhaps a heads up that I'd receive education from many channels and to pick one (or that a certain one was the source of truth) would've helped provide clear guidance.

Retrieval was not successful, and we were delayed since the team forgot to send my boyfriends blood for genetic testing, I was out on the pill for three weeks and then had suppressed estrogen. Not ideal. More care and inclusion could be given to the men.
