Retrieval was not successful, and we were delayed since the team forgot to send my boyfriends blood for genetic testing, I was out on the pill for three weeks and then had suppressed estrogen. Not ideal. More care and inclusion could be given to the men.

Overall, excellent treatment. Two things: wish I had known I could get my period during injections, caught off guard. Second, email thread with patient navigator very long, things get lost, sometimes hard to navigate. But nothing major that wouldnt involve me giving Spring five stars.

So great, wish you had a referral program because I want to send a lot of people your way

Dr. Zore was exceptional. When I saw other doctors, I was not treated with the same care. One doctor when I asked if it was good news or bad news he laughed and said it was news. The process is exhausting and I didnt need that at the then. Whenever i saw Dr. Zore I was met with exceptional service, care, and knowledge. The day of the retrieval the woman next to me was having a hard time before retrieval and then after needed more pain medicine and was struggling. It turned out she had the doctor I saw when Dr. Zore was out which makes total sense. I am deeply grateful to be paired with Dr. Zore and her understanding of how scary the process is and how much the hormones affects the patients. She checked in often to make sure I was okay and understanding. I am so happy I got paired with her and would refer her to friends.

Post transfer flowers really made my week, thank you

I had a wonderful experience at Spring and appreciate the offices punctuality and all of nurses kindness. One major caveat, which I know a few of my friends fully agree with who went to Spring was that the release of the generic carrier screening results being sent to me without any context or medical professional commentary. As a person with no medical background, the email was terrifying and I was literally crying hysterically because I thought I carried all of these diseases. I implore your office to call all patients to explain what the email actually means BEFORE sending the email.

I loved my experience with Dr Kim and Spring, everything was seamless and the process felt like a well-oiled machine. The staff were kind and available. I will be strongly recommending Dr Kim and Spring to others.

Waiting for embryology updates as promised and then not getting a call is not a good way to help patients anxiety after retrieval.
