Amazing, knowledgeable and responsive staff.

I really appreciated that we had a lot of time with the doctor and I felt like I had time to ask questions and we were not being rushed. I also liked that the doctor made a drawing on her iPad to explain what she saw on the ultrasound, I found that visual component really helpful for understanding the information.

Great experience!

My only feedback would be that there were a lot of duplicate info (eg. for injections... there were produced videos vs. youtube recording vs. text directions in portal vs. emails) and I was a bit anxious about missing something by accident. Would have preferred a single doc that has all the content in one place, and for the care team to just reference the right section as I progress
