Admin/front desk was a bit of a mess - asking for payment when I already paid, not finding my appointment, asking my name even tho I�ve been in the office every day. They were very nice and friendly - but disorganized, esp when asking for a ton of money.

Thank you for everything! Everyone was amazing and definitely made the transfer feel magical and special! If there�s once thing that would be make thing even better, we would�ve loved a photo of the embryo at transfer time.

Recovery from egg retrieval has been much harder than I expected. I found the most support from the women in my life who have gone before me. I think the written docs are helpful, but I would have liked a little more heads up from the team that it may truly knock me off my feet for 48 hours and take 7+ days to recover.. I was also WAY more bloated than I've ever been. I know everyone has their own reactions, but I think I felt like the written docs were rare/extreme cases when in fact everyone may have any range of those symptoms. I also felt like I could reach out at any time, but it might be nice if the person who calls to give you the egg report also asks how your recovery is going.

I love Spring! It is the gold standard in health care.

Doctor did not provide adequate information day of retrieval when she told me I�d already ovulated. She offered an IUI the retracted. She did not know whether waiting for IUI results would mean I could do another cycle (due to age cutoff). Very poor information delivery. And she didn�t have the full info. Also my primary doctor should have given me a heads up this was a possible outcome and should have helped me come up with a contingency plan in advance.
