Doctor did not provide adequate information day of retrieval when she told me I�d already ovulated. She offered an IUI the retracted. She did not know whether waiting for IUI results would mean I could do another cycle (due to age cutoff). Very poor information delivery. And she didn�t have the full info. Also my primary doctor should have given me a heads up this was a possible outcome and should have helped me come up with a contingency plan in advance.

Overall just a great, confidence-inspiring experience from start to (hopefully) finish! Facilities were always top rate and everyone was so kind, personable, and professional. Each provider demonstrated a high level of competency and really made us feel that we were in the best, most capable hands. We could not be happier.

I did not get my day three embryo report-I had to call in on day four to obtain them. Given how stressful the waiting process can be I think this really needs to be improved upon.

Nurse Laurel Pettit has carried the team. She is so knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to work with. Continuity of care was in question with Dr klatsky's relocation, and effects were definitely felt from it. Things would have completely fallen apart without Laurel. Give her a raise!

Re:questions and concerns, the nurse I was originally assigned was terrible at addressing questions and giving me appropriate information I needed to coordinate travel and timing for our transfer. MONTHS in advance I asked for all the possible appointments and possible timings to know how to plan as best as possible. She completely failed to mention a test transfer until a couple weeks before. This was after MANY confirmations that the earliest I would need to be in CA was day 11 of the cycle. Additionally, I later learned that the outside monitoring I requested could have been accommodated, though Onjira never checked with Dr Tran, though confirmed she had. All in all, I have learned to ask for head nurses and coordinators from the get go, but this failure to properly communicate appointment expectations, ended up making the process far more costly in both time and money (and some stress!) this was a BIG �oops!� Additionally, once my nurse and patient coordinator were changed, they were fabulous. Thank you!

Dr Tran and his team are exceptional!!!! I Have never felt so safe. I love how they respect your time and have you in and out but with so much knowledge, you don't feel dismissed. All my questions are answered even if I asked the. Multiple times. They make you feel secure. I would never go to any other Fertility clinic
