Amazing experience so far. Staff and doctors have been nothing but caring and kind and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. As someone with anxiety towards anything medical related this has been the best experience I�ve had.

The salve automated messages should be shortened and not include so much information that's not relevant. For example, it told me to test twice a day for ovulation when it was only once a day. The information tab in Salve made it hard to navigate/remember where information was housed. It would be better to convert that information into documents that you can access on a laptop. It would be good to have a phone call about all the forms that needed to be signed and what they are for. There was some confusion about the form regarding waiving some testing that would cause issues with surrogacy etc. Overall, the process still went well. Dr. Chervenak is a great specialist who was able to address all my concerns and checked in with me. Christy was a good guide during my treatment and helped set expectations for post retrieval recovery.

Overall happy with the experience interacting with the care team and undergoing the procedure. Communication in the nurse team can be further improved, they can speak slowly and simplify some technical terms while discussing.

Everyone in the Sunnyvale location was always so kind & made me feel genuinely cared for. My retrieval was scheduled on my birthday & my doctor had the office manager get me a little birthday balloon for after the procedure. The only issue I ever experienced was, while I genuinely and was blown away by the efficiency, sometimes they never took the time to explain why. For example, I had a cyst they did lab work and then told me to take the trigger medication. They ask if you have questions but in the moment it felt like a whirlwind that I didn�t know what to ask. A simple, �You�re going to take this trigger medication because it will help deflate the cyst in your ovary.� Again, it wasn�t anything major, possibly a personal preference even.

We felt always very welcomed and the staff and doctors are all very nice and professional.
