A bit more of customer service skills for those messaging the patients through Salve

My only gripe is that a lot more communication seems to be coming only to me and not to my partner who should be an equal part of the entire process. I am sharing messages with him, but it would be nice if all the messages were 3-way. Or at least sent to both of us equally. I dont really like how it feels like I carry most of the responsibility when this process results in a child that is equally his, so he should be equally involved in decisions and the process, in my opinion.

Kind of miss being able to choose the music and getting flowers after transfer but everything went smoothly!

My care team nurse Mae is the best ever!!! Highly recommend Mae! Give her 5 hundreds stars!!!

Communication from doctors was very bad. They missed in the ultrasounds that my right ovary is inside and didn�t get any eggs from that during surgery. After surgery doctor spoke to and said he will get back but he didn�t. I had the worst experience.

If I can give a bit longer time to stay and rest after the transfer, that would be even better.
