Really appreciate the warmth and expertise that Spring provides.

After the first appointment I was bombarded with check list items. But there is no clear instructions how to mark things as complete or proceed. It's almost like the tasks are loads and loads of reading material. It was frustrating and overwhelming.

The entire experience from start to finish was phenomenal. I'm incredibly impressed by the attention to detail shown by the entire Spring staff. Transferring to Spring from my previous fertility center was the best decision I made. I received all the comfort and care I could ask for, with complete confidence in the thoroughness of everyone on the team. I can't thank you enough, Spring!

The forms were really hard to complete on a mobile device. It kept saying that I hadn't answered all the questions, but I didn't know what question out of the 100+ that I didn't answer. Spring care team of Dr. Debra Minjarez have been extremely helpful and prompt. I want to give a special shoutout to nurse, Miriam who has always answered all my questions with patience and calm.

Please give clearer instructions about entering the building before 8am when you there is no door man.

The overall experience was very good. Felt very safe and comfortable throughout my fertility journey . Dr. Murugappan and the team did their best to make things to work out. Nurse Jillian gave proper advice and support too. Now fingers crossed for positive pregnancy result ??
