My transfer did not go as planned during the day in Spring. We were both emotional and felt very sad about that, because they had to refroze my 3aa embryo after defroze. So so so so disappointed

The �doctor of the week� format made me uncomfortable. I would�ve liked to have the guarantee of my primary physician doing my retrieval procedure.

I didn't really like the salve portal-- the text messages couldn't be sorted / customized at all, text messages were also under "Tran" and you'd have to scroll up for the whole history. It would have been nice to have a homepage of material that a client can pull / bookmark for what needs to be easily assessible. The ability to print out physicals backups of the information would have been nice as well -- had to make a binder of info based on screenshots. So a few gribes about Salve but I don't want to have that take away from how positive I found the service, appointments, and responsiveness -- anything to do with Spring Fertility directly was flawlessly caring, informative, supportive, and helpful though! Can't say enough about how thankful I am I chose Spring Fertility!

The lower rating regarding medication is not Spring's fault, it's that the pharmacy won't tell us they are out of stock until we already sent the order, which is very irritating. So I would have to go out of my way and call various pharmacies to figure out which ones had the medication in stock, etc.

The doctor was half asleep without any enthusiasm to treat. I dint feel welcomed at all.
