The doctor was half asleep without any enthusiasm to treat. I dint feel welcomed at all.

Lack of attention (by nursing team) to clinical notes led to near-misses in my medication protocol. It left me with a lot of doubt and questions about the level of care spent in my treatment process. This would have significant clinical outcomes for me, and the resolution was not satisfactorily met. I am also awaiting explanation of the low egg count even though the follicle count was high. The care provided by the phlebotomists were good. The nursing care on day of retrieval was also great, thank you to Stephanie and Vanessa.

I felt extremely supported and well informed every step of the way. The seminars, videos, phone calls, and documents covered all the bases. The open lines of communication made it easy to ask questions without feeling judged or nervous. Every staff member I interacted with was attentive, kind, and friendly. I adored Dr. Murugappan and it was great to see her throughout the process instead of just one or two times. Spring and Dr. Murugappan were also accommodating and flexible to my schedule, going above and beyond to make sure I could complete a cycle. Overall I have been very impressed and would work with Spring again without any hesitation.

Email response too slow, no body picks the phone. I left msg but no one respond. Sometimes feel anxious about the treatment process because lack of care team support (answering my questions timely)

My peers have had such great experiences here so I was hopeful for a positive experience with a communicative team. Instead I never saw or heard from my doctor, I felt rushed by her team when I was in no rush at all. Instead I wanted to prioritize the best outcome possible. And my follow up call (the first time I�d spoken with my doctor in 6mo), she let me know that there was a good chance we �missed� our window and I should have been a on mid luteal schedule instead � which was the original plan. I feel embarrassed, I feel like a number, I was told things like �I�m sure that�s what you thought you heard� and disappointed. I was treated like a patient with very little time and endless resources. If I go through this process another time, I�ll choose another physician and hopefully they�ll be more communicative. I wish more time was spent by physician and nursing staff preparing you for what is to come and walking through the process. The whole experience felt rushed with very little time spent checking in on me as a patient and taking the time to educate me. Dr Tram was especially not as warm or caring during his visit. I honestly felt almost violated by how quick he went in and out during ultrasound.

I feel so lucky to have found Spring. Every single person I interact with is kind and encouraging. It means a lot on this journey!

The ordering medication was very confusing and stressful. No one put the order for the medications in until it was almost too late at the start and then I had to rearrange my schedule to be home for the delivery. The videos for how to admin so the medications don�t work in the app. I also don�t like using the app- I would rather read/write messages on my computer. I don�t feel I have a good sense of the overall process and where we are in the process; instead, I�m just informed about the immediate next step. It makes planning really challenging
