The ordering medication was very confusing and stressful. No one put the order for the medications in until it was almost too late at the start and then I had to rearrange my schedule to be home for the delivery. The videos for how to admin so the medications don�t work in the app. I also don�t like using the app- I would rather read/write messages on my computer. I don�t feel I have a good sense of the overall process and where we are in the process; instead, I�m just informed about the immediate next step. It makes planning really challenging

I made my appointment 3 weeks in advanced then was called the day of to move my appointment. I understand things come up but it wasnt great simce I felt my appointment was extremely rushed and the doctor was throwing around numbers and had little consideration of the sensitivity of how his information was being transmitted.

Communication can be improved. Too much tech enablement makes it less human. My primary doctor was amazing, but with other providers, most in person questions seemed rushed and most providers during followups seemed in a rush to finish and get away and it felt like I was asking a lot of them by asking a question or two.

Communication is lacking. I�ve been with Spring for 2 years now and after expressing my concerns i was just moved from nurse to nurse with no explanation as to why. Second attempt at FET after a miscarriage wasn�t like the first. Process felt rushed. If I didn�t have our money alreaady tied into this company I probably would�ve searched for a different fertility specialist.

Dr Murugappan and her team were extremely professional, courteous and provided a very safe and positive space for the transfer. I would highly recommend them to future patients.
