I'm extremely satisfied with the care and my outcome. The staff, nurses and the doctor made me extremely at ease and the follow ups from the nurses was really helpful. The appointment were timely and quick. I would just add I did some supplemental reading with AI and helped with my diet and fluids during the injection and during recovery. Extensive directions on diet and recovery wasn't readily available.

I would like to give Zienna my patient navigator a really big shout out because she went above and beyond to help me secure a medication package that the financial coordinator did not explain. The financial coordinator on my case did not offer to get on a call and answer all my questions had to go through the app when large amounts are thrown out and paperwork signed all at once. It was very disorienting and super frustrating to receive a $7k bill for meds (by which I had no clue if I needed). The costs were about the same as the procedure! I want to recommend Spring because of the kind doctors and medical staff (shout out: Dr. Chervenak, nurse Christy, Dr. Chao), but the costs seem quite nebulous and the hurdle to navigate the maze midway in the process left a very bitter taste. If it wasn't for Zienna going the extra mile for me, I would not have proceeded.
