On the day of my retrieval surgery, I felt extremely cared for. I was nervous going into the building but my nerves were set at ease immediately. The process was quick and efficient.

Overall the team has been great. We needed an earlier appointment with Dr. Tran, and they made it happen! Working with Nurse Julie continues to be the most frustrating�it is almost impossible to get a hold of her by phone.

All of the staff I met at Spring were very kind and warm. I felt safe during all of my visits and during every procedure. There is one nurse who drew my blood twice during the course of my treatments and the blood draw was more painful than usual and left a bruise each time. This did not happen with any other nurse. I don�t recall her name, but it couldn�t hurt to make sure all the nurses are reminded on proper blood draw technique.

I liked spring enough to refer a friend but both she and I experienced significant frustration with the haphazard and disorganized way in which information was provided. Not holistic and one-time, inconsistent, and confusing at times. For example, I never received info on recommended supplements or nutrition during procedure and did my own research while she got info piecemeal sent to her.additionally it would be great to see the multiple portals and apps synced up so that info could truly be found in one place without multiple logins. With the overwhelming amount of info would be nice not to receive info piecemeal but all at once after the initial baseline ultrasound.

I hate how your app and the web browser are not integrated. Some times things need to be typed not on a phone and the messages for from the app don�t translate over to your web browser? Don�t you do all of the fertility work for all of the tech companies? Can�t someone help you with that? It�s very very frustrating having to do everything on a phone when sometimes it�s easier to type on a computer on a web browser. Also it takes a day for anyone to respond even to simple questions which makes me nervous about moving forward. Dr Tran said he would move as quickly as possible and it would be great if his staff was aligned with that.
