I felt that the transfer felt a little impersonal. In the past we chatted a bit with the primary doctor before the procedure on the grade, looked at the embryo, and got to choose our music.

I loved the flowers after the transfer. So thoughtful

Better response times would be appreciated, including answers to questions submitted through portal without the need to follow up.

Having the option to have an in-person follow-up appointment with the MD to discuss procedure results and future treatment plans/options would be helpful. After my first retrieval with an unexpectedly low outcome, I wasn't even allowed a follow-up phone call with my MD by my patient navigator. After my second retrieval, I was denied the option of having an in-person follow-up conversation with my MD (and therefore will only have a phone conversation). This process is not only expensive, but also emotionally arduous - having the ability to have a follow-up after treatment would create closed-loop communication and provide clarity/closure. Additionally, I believe the ability to track inventory and order medications through Salve could be improved. I found that oftentimes, my messages to request refills wouldn't be seen - there were a few times where I had to "borrow" medications from a friend or go pick up the medications in person because the refill didn't come in time despite me sending an early message. If there was an interface to input personal medication inventory and then request refills without having to send a message, the process would be more streamlined.

Would prefer if there was always a female available doing ultrasound but know schedule may not allow

had a good experience at the clinic for US and blood work, but I don't get timely reports from the follicle monitoring, and sometimes I see the wrong report added. Also, not very clear on the next phase of treatment and what steps will be taken to ensure a better outcome. Also interested to know if there is anything I can do to improve the outcome - diet, supplements etc. any change in medication.

Ordering medications: when self paid, prescriptions should be sent to a few pharmacies vs only Alto which keeps increasing their prices. Also, i learned on my own that omnitrope was covered by my insurance and nobody from your team shared than info. It is a lot of money. Pricing breakdowns should be much more transparent. Some nurses should double check what information theyre sending to patients - multiple times there were mistakes and inconsistencies between what is said on the phone/messages/portal, especially medications and appointments. It is already a stressful moment and a lot of money involved so the services provided should match the price we pay.
