I had multiple accounts due to legal full name on my ID this led to medication ordering issues. Medications were sent to the wrong account and refills were late. Results were provided after 12 when alto pharmacy was no longer accepting same day orders. I was out of meds Had to pick up in person at the clinic twice. Cost of defrosting eggs and information moving forward are not available on the website. Requested through finance and have not heard back in over a week. Otherwise great experience with Dr Zore and her team. My pre-op nurse Deanna was great, very kind and eased any anxiety I felt prior to my retrieval.

Thank you for your genuine care and support. I feel lucky to be able to do IVF with such a great place. I know several friends who didn�t have such a good experience at other clinics.
