Thank you for your genuine care and support. I feel lucky to be able to do IVF with such a great place. I know several friends who didn�t have such a good experience at other clinics.

Dr Murugappan exceeds expectations for feeling like a partner going through this journey I am so grateful for her. The onsite nursing staff is awesome and seem to love their job. The only critique is that nursing staff and admin seem to be a bit overwhelmed with caseload which can impact response time and proactiveness.

I felt really secure with the care of Dr Minjarez and RN Ursula Dean. All the staff were professional and caring, in particular the RN Alyssa and office tech/RN Jessica took care of me often and were great

Only took off one star because right after my retrieval the nurse told me the wrong egg count. She corrected it later that evening when she called me. Overall though I was extremely pleased with everything and everyone I interacted with!

The navigator was slow in communication, got confused in many ways and wasted my time. I feel I need to be on top of things myself and hold her hands instead.
