The experience is great!

1. on my egg retrival day, my nurse was trying unsuccesfully 3 times to put me on an IV line. i ended up with anesthesia in my muscle. 2. most of the nurses are not very gentle with blood draw procedure. jillian was the best nurse, i never felt pain with her. 3. i believe the video for Novarel gave wrong info on the amount of medication i need to draw 4. Alto sent me large needles for INJECTING Novarel. the box also says that it was for intramuscular ONLY which is conflicting with the video/Spring instruction 5. Alto sent me 2-3 insulin needles for Lupron, neither of them got through my skin and i needed to use injecting needle for menopur instead.

I�ve had a great experience with Spring overall. I especially appreciate the great communication from nursing staff, and Dr. Tran has been an excellent doctor to work with. Thank you!

Great experience with the entire team and extremely happy with the egg retrieval results. Just waiting and hoping for positive genetic testing results ??
