App should differentiate medical vc other clinical questions so that questions to be answered by doctors could be better addressed. Regarding the portal, it is hard to retrieve old messages. So it needs technical improvements.

Blood draws are still not precise as the nurses poke way too many times. Need more prep work to identify proper veins and blood flow

Lab draws were difficult. I would get poked 4-5times each blood draw before they could get the sample
