Wonderful experience overall. Dr. G And Sachi made a great team. Sachi�s follow through has been timely and thorough which I really appreciate.

As a nurse, I was very pleased by my service with Spring. I did feel sometimes that it was very depersonalized and I know this process can be emotional for some. I didn�t mind it and I actually preferred the quick In-N-Out visits. I think the only thing that Really caught my attention is when there was a change to my triggered day and I was messaged about it before getting a call and that threw me for a loop. I would�ve preferred someone call and talk to me to make the treatment seem personalized.

Every individual I interacted with was so incredibly friendly and helpful- it really made the experience better. One suggestion: have someone available to respond on weekends when it�s time for the patient to inform of their period. In this case, I started my period on a Friday night and didn�t get a response until Monday, so my timing on the Estrace was off.

I appreciate Andrea. She is one of the best nurses at Spring Fertility I've interacted with so far.

it has been an unexpected roller coaster, and I have felt so cared for and supported by the entire Spring team and I am beyond grateful!!

I had a wonderful experience! The doctor was so kind and calming. Everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated that everything was on time especially compared to other doctor�s offices.
