At a Spring webinar the cost was quoted to be almost half of what it ended up being. The team at Sunnyvale is amazing�love them. The care nurse, Julie, has been very hard to get a hold of by phone and caused great stress in getting meds refilled (I had to come into the office for refills because no one could get a hold of her). Otherwise, Spring has been above and beyond (too bad she�s our primary contact).

At some point, the phone tree changed and made it impossible to reach a human (like the front desk) if my specific care team wasn�t available at the moment. That left me uncertain of how soon my message would be seen.

There were several times where I missed picking up the phone by a few seconds and it was hard to then connect with the person who made the call. It would be nice if there were a more direct way to call people back instead of them leaving a long voicemail while I was trying to call them back.
