I think Spring can be more proactive about next steps of treatment. As patients a lot of the times I feel like I have to be my own project manager regarding pushing for next treatment cycle, ordering medicine, keep track of when my probe expires. Would be great to have some help! Also I feel that the wording when it comes to embryo grading can be more carefully chosen since embryo grading does not correlate with genetic testing. It hurts when an �excellent� quality embryo comes back as genetically abnormal.

There were too many websites.. salve app, engagedmd, etc. Hard to remember where the information was, where the forms were, where the videos were. They should be all combined in Salve. Also salve messaging needs to improve- a new chat window opens everytime someone sends me a message, instead of being in the same chat. It makes it hard to find responses when I go back to re read the responses. It was not possible to order meds for pick up on the Alto app. I had to call and place the order for same day pickup

the embryo transfer was the smoothest part of the visit.

We could not feel more grateful, hopeful and optimistic with Danielle and Dr. Minjarez on our team. It was such a blessing to have them by our sides and caring for us yesterday during our transfer. There is no two people I�d feel more confident in than both of them. I�m my opinion, Danielle and Dr. Minjarez are the best if the best. Forever thankful! If allowed, please pass this along to them as they deserve to know how wonderful they are!

Our primary doctor, Dr. Tran, is not reachable. Period. We had some concerns that directly fed into our poor outcome but we couldn't talk to him directly so they were never properly addressed. We feel the outcome could have been better otherwise. I will not recommend Spring to anyone. Very disappointed. The support staff is good, but the primary doctor, and hence the environment around the care, is not good enough.
