I think it would be helpful for the Patient Navigator to provide a sample timeline during the initial meeting so you know what to expect. I felt in the dark until I called and asked for clarification on next steps

The Salve App can be a bit difficult. I had to fill out the questionnaire several times because the app would close while I was looking up information or switching between the app and my mobile browser. Navigation on the app can be a little tricky

progyny is my provider and they made medication refill experience very difficult since we constantly have change doses of injection. they refuse to refill my meds some time and make me very nervous. i would love to be able to be guided and practice injection in person.

Nurse/patient navigator emails and phone messages are sometimes contradictory especially for meds to take which is a real issue. Financial team barely gives clear information. And one of the asian nurses who did 2 of the blood draws was horrible: hurt me, never apologized and told me: well next time you should ask for someone else then! I said: for sure!! for the price we pay, we expect a perfect service team, and this is not always the case.
