Nurse/patient navigator emails and phone messages are sometimes contradictory especially for meds to take which is a real issue. Financial team barely gives clear information. And one of the asian nurses who did 2 of the blood draws was horrible: hurt me, never apologized and told me: well next time you should ask for someone else then! I said: for sure!! for the price we pay, we expect a perfect service team, and this is not always the case.

The first nurse who drew the initial blood tests from myself and my partner warned us it was a big needle ahead of time. I thought that was funny and strange and my partner didn�t like that. Maybe does not need to be disclosed. Otherwise overall being done with my first cycle I am overall satisfied with how things went and generally would recommend to a friend. As I mentioned above I really appreciate the nurses , they are helpful and friendly and honest when they don�t know an answer which I appreciate. It was not easy process to get questions answered regarding all the forms and consents I received throughout the process. Felt very comfortable on procedure day with the nurse MA anesthesiologist and dr Tran doing my procedure. Thanks

Very disappointed with the information we were provided which is none. Till date I am not informed on the next stage or steps & overall procedure. No appointments are available at any point in Santa Clara location. When asked to talk to the doc we were told to wait for 30-40 days for the appointment.
