Hoping for completion

Spring fertility was absolutely amazing and made me feel comfortable and kept me informed on everything going on. The appointment was quick and I have no complaints.

Despite giving 5 stars to all the responses, the recent price increase has resulted in spring not being competitive with other Silicon Valley IVF centers. And with spring hitting national targets for results, if any customer is cost conscious during this process, I wouldn�t say spring offers above any other facility compared in the area as a result. I am grateful that the team was still able to prioritize my needs despite still working to ramp up since the many doctors departures of 2022/2023.

My third retrieval and I have to say I have the best team! Dr. Minjarez, Rachel, and Alyssa are great and so communicative. Also shout out to Dr. O�Reilly, he made me feel so comfortable before the retrieval as I always get nervous being put under. Everyone including front desk and MA are lovely and so kind each time I visit!

Just tiny hick ups with the insurance.

And everybody was so nice and caring. Couldn't have wished for a better team. Let's cross our fingers now and I hope the implantation will be successful .

I felt like I had to put in extra effort to reach out and contact the team for additional meds, for any info on what�s going on, and advocate for myself just to receive the basic care I expect for a $15k+ treatment. I feel like if I didn�t ask for things explicitly my treatment would have gone even worse than it had. I wish I had more communication throughout the treatment to set expectations appropriately. I sacrificed a lot and had I known more clearly what my likely outcome was I would have made different decisions.
