Good, caring environment and experience overall. No complaints.

I had 2 major concerns in the entire process: 1. Change of doctor at the last min (dr Murugappan did retrieval instead of my preference with Dr Tram) 2. Number of final egg folicles retrieved was 13 inspite of consistent 20+ eggs seen during my last several ultrasounds.

I would like to thank the entire Dr Tran care team for support and care during this process.

There is an unfortunate disconnect between all departments at Spring. In order to get an answers from the �care� team, patients must wait days if not weeks for answers. We transferred clinics to come to Spring and are extremely disappointed. Praying our transfer will stick so this nightmare can be over. Not to mention, I experienced a bleed, called my nurse multiple times throughout the day to report sharp pains but they weren�t alarmed despite the communication that the symptoms weren�t normal and I ultimately spent a night in the intensive stabilization unity to stop the bleed after egg retrieval. Spring doctors treated me like it wasn�t a big deal and I had signed my life away with a .1% chance of this happening. Not to mention, the doctor who did this to me told me to take pain meds and go to sleep. Had I done that, I would have been dead. No follow up other than one phone call from Dr. Harris on his way out. The medical bills from the emergency room are rolling in but spring keeps harassing me to sign an estimate for my transfer of which was prepaid in DECEMBER. All confidence is lost in this office and just praying the doctor is successful. I don�t even want to come back. One person I would like to praise is Danielle. She was our nurse day of transfer and was absolutely amazing. She made myself and my wife feel most comfortable, was informative every step of the way and even assisted in printing a photo of our embryo when all others in the office said they didn�t have the paper to. DIDNT HAVE THE PAPER TO PRINT OUR EMBRYO BHT HAD PAPER TO PRINT AN ESTIMATED BILL THAT WAS ALREADY PAID. My goodness Spring. Get it together. Also, when I have medical questions for my nurse, it should not take a week to gain an answer. Absolutely unacceptable, Carla.
