I would've loved to learn more about the next steps of the process, especially if doing back to back cycles.

We absolutely adore Dr. Murugappan! Would suggest you get a wider range of sizes of gowns for during the procedures.

I felt like just another number on my doctors daily schedule. I came to the clinic initially with dr Harris who left, I ended up with Dr. Murugappan who on the first phone call and subsequent meetings always felt rushed and was not answering my questions instead she was insisting that I have to do a second egg retrieval. I asked multiple times what the timeline would look like if I wasnt and she just kept insisting on the 2nd cycle. I understand we cant know it will be successful but I was just asking and she did not answer my question. At that point I did not feel empowered to switch doctors and didnt want to waste another menstrual month. Overall I just felt like another number. It Spring doesnt get back to individual patient care it will lose its luster.

Kim was aweful, impossible to get a hold of, asking me repeatedly for things already provided, left completely in the dark when Dr. Lee left, and forgot to send most of the preliminary links/videos to start preparing. Everything is 5 stars in regards to everyone else we have interacted with since Sarah took over as our patient navigator.

The confusing part of the entire process is the unknown-ness of the upcoming schedule and its timing. I dont think there is anything you can do about that but perhaps even just saying how difficult and cost fusing it can be could be helpful. As soon as things get going it all makes sense and is easy, but the waiting and unsuredness is scary

The only (but most stressful) confusing part

I really appreciate Spring's emphasis on the fact that after embryo transfer, there's nothing else you can do to make it happen or not happen. This message is really important for people who feel like their bodies are failing every time a pregnancy doesn't implant.
