My doctor Murugappan is the best! She always talks with positivity and ensures great and smooth egg freezing experience for me. I am very happy about my result of freezing 31 eggs from one single cycle at an age of 33. I also didn�t experience anything uncomfortable or pain after the procedure, which means that the protocol control is very well done and my doctor did my egg retrieval procedure really well. I am so thankful that I choose Doctor murugappan as my provider and spring fertility. I will recommend to anyone who is also considering egg freezing :)

No delivery option from Alto resulted in overnight shipping that got delayed, was quite stressful to have to figure out and drive over an hour to get the meds a day late. Would recommend helping patients who live outside of Alto delivery zones to understand their options and figure out solutions for quick delivery needs.

Any anxiety I had about my treatment was alleviated by the entire team at Spring. Everyone I interacted with was efficient, effective, and most importantly, kind! I'm so lucky to have had the care team I did, and if I had to do my treatment all over again, I know it would be seamless and just as positive of an experience as the first time.

Any anxiety I had about my treatment was alleviated by the entire team at Spring. Everyone I interacted with was efficient, effective, and most importantly, kind! Provider didn�t understand that we didn�t want to pick gender, we wanted to be surprised, but all other things being equal, we unofficially leaned girl. I would hope this means mark on all papers no gender preference and pick healthy, but make a mental note, or pencil note to pick a girl. Instead, he wrote we picked girl, and included that on our paperwork to sign. Since we knew we only had one girl embryo left, not only were we robbed of that surprise, all our other attempts would also be known. This was very disappointing, to say the least, and much more distressing than being surprised by a live baby of either gender. I hope this is a learning opportunity for him and all the providers at the clinic, because it seems obvious to me, but we discussed it a lot and he clearly did not get it at all. Very disappointed.

1. regular blood work team needs more experienced technicians, most of them are new comers and cause bruises after blood draw. 2. ?just before my egg retrieval process a seemingly new nurse failed to create channel on my knuckle caused too much blood loss and sore due to multiple poking in wrong places, then senior nurse came and safely created channel on other hand. this was fearful. 3. Salve app messaging system is worse. All messages shows under primary doctor name (whether it is for a nurse, or finance, genetics), patient lost clue of message threads and context. It is too confusing. 4. ?Also there is no way to reach doctor directly. neither call nor message, all communication goes through nurse, they interpret and try to answer with their limited knowledge, patient has to repeatedly message or call to get response from doctor, which causes delay, loss of information, and increase anxiety. 5. ?It is a request that instead telling over a phone call, Doctors do a video call to talk inperson while discussing major steps of treatment or results, which influence decision making.
