More recently, I suspect due to the provider transitions, it was challenging to get responses or updates via email. I found that I often needed to call to follow up on next steps. On the day of the transfer, there was training of staff involved in how to hold and guide the ultrasound. It made for a less comforting experience, both physically and mentally. I have also had poor experiences with blood work. I know I have tricky veins, but it is no problem for some nurses or phlebotomists but recently each blood draw has taken 3 attempts. It makes me question the level of training/experience of some of the individuals.

For alcohol pads, can the RX be written for the whole box because they only send literally 1 pad per day of injection

Great experience overall. Some things could be done better. 1) person emailing and calling me are always different. Would be nice to have the same person more often. 2) would be nice to have a way to communicate to the doctor directly through messaging. 3) it would be nice to send the everyday injection instruction in a pdf through the portal. 4) I would love to see the doctors note after each appointment to have a better understanding of the reason for the prescribed medication and protocol chosen.
